You cannot Pendulum Summon the turn you activate this effect. During damage calculation, if this card attacks an opponent's monster: You can make that opponent's monster lose 1000 ATK for each face-up Pendulum Monster in your Extra Deck, during damage calculation only. You can only use each effect of "Odd-Eyes Phantasma Dragon" once per turn.

Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.

Exchanges (if applicable):

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
